Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Yousuli website, calculators, and content (the “Site”), operated by Yousuli LLC (“Yousuli”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership

The Site and everything in it, the text, design, layout, graphics, the calculators and the models and formulas behind them, and the underlying code, are owned by Yousuli LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Yousuli name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.

2. What you may do

You may view the Site and use the calculators for your own personal, non-commercial training. That is the license we grant, and it is limited to that.

3. What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or redistribute any part of the Site, its pages, or its content;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use any automated means to access or collect data from the Site, or bypass any rate limit or access control;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct any calculator, model, formula, or other logic on the Site, or recreate it in another product;
• use the Site, its content, or its calculators to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

Formulas drawn from published science are free for anyone to use from their original sources. This section concerns our particular expression, presentation, and any models that are our own.

4. Calculators and content are estimates

The calculators and content are provided for general information and give estimates, not exact prescriptions. They are not medical, health, or professional advice. Endurance training and racing carry inherent risks. Before acting on anything here, use your own judgement and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional. To the fullest extent the law allows, Yousuli is not liable for any decision made, or outcome that follows, from your use of the Site, and the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Services and bookings

Where the Site lets you request lab testing, coaching, or other services, a request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm a time with you. Prices shown are estimates until confirmed. Specific service terms are agreed at booking.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
